1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:
✅ Defective or Damaged Items – If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described.
✅ Wrong Item Shipped – If you received an incorrect product.
✅ Unopened & Unused Items – Returned in original packaging with all accessories within 5 days

❌ Non-Returnable Items – Certain products (e.g., software, personalized items, opened consumables) may not be eligible.


2. Return Process

Step 1: Request a Return

  • Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  • We may request photos/videos of damaged/defective items.

Step 2: Return Authorization (RMA)

  • If approved, we’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  • Returns without an RMA may be rejected.

Step 3: Ship the Item Back

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories.
  • Ship to the provided return address using a trackable method (you cover return shipping unless the return is due to our error).

Step 4: Refund or Exchange

  • Once received and inspected, we’ll process your:
    • Refund → Issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.
    • Exchange → Shipped once the return is approved.

3. Refund Conditions

  • Refunds exclude original shipping fees (unless the return is due to our mistake).
  • Restocking fees (if applicable) may apply for non-defective returns.
  • Store credit may be offered at our discretion.
